We offer FedEx® Ground shipping and free shipping for orders over $50.

Please note that the minimum purchase amount of $50 is based on the order subtotal, after any discounts have been applied to your order. Any charges related to shipping, handling, taxes, or fees will not be counted toward that minimum purchase requirement.

Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items within 15 days of your order being delivered. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Any returned items must be sent back to us in the following conditions:

Apparel & Accessories: Must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached.

Drinkware: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Bundled Items: Any Set, Collection or purchase of multiple items bought together at a bundled price must be returned in full to be eligible for refund.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Panera Shop is not responsible for lost returns, including but not limited to, any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization. All approved returns must be sent back to our warehouse with the provided return label, or with other trackable shipping.
